Our Services

-High quality employee assistance programs (EAP), counseling services for employees of client companies and their household members, the features of which are that our qualified counselors who have experiences in working as enterprises employees visit clients in person in all the regions in Japan. Our EAP services include supporting employees to return to work and relapse prevention, all provided consistently by the same counselor for each case of employees.

-Management trainings, staff trainings and supporting services for workplace and organizational improvement. Wide range of topics are such as preventing sexual harassment, preventing workplace bullying, coping with employees with stress, mental health management, balancing work and family, and building resilience. We give trainings more than 1000 times a year.

-Consultation services for HR department and health care department. We do not only support particular cases, but also suggest organizational prevention plans on a regular basis.

-Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services. Crisis intervention program to aid in the recovery of employees affected and/or involved in a critical incident such as, disasters and sudden death of co-workers for prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
